One of my specialties as a lighting designer is the incorporation of AV and projection design into my work. I work closely with AV designers in the majority of his theatre projects, and as one half of arts company Greta + Karl I’ve created several large-scale indoor and outdoor projection installations. Because of the expense and scarcity of large-scale and professional grade projectors in New Zealand, I have a range of projectors and associated equipment to achieve my own designs. It’s often impossible to hire professional and corporate-priced AV equipment on an arts-scale budget, so this equipment is also available for rental by other AV professionals.

2x 2021 Christie DWU850-GS 8400-Lumen large venue laser projectors with rigging hardware and either 0.9-1.2:1 wide zoom or 1.2-1.6 standard zoom lenses
4x 2012 Christie DS+650 6500-Lumen medium venue projectors with rigging hardware and either 0.8:1 fixed angle wide lenses or 1.5-2.2:1 standard zoom lenses
